I just read this book
By this woman named Ayn Rand
It's all about individualism
How a man should be a man
I'm not sure if I agree with her
But at least I understand
That's more than you've ever tried to do

Three blind mice
With no integrity
They sold their souls to the farmer's wife
For their tragic dignity
And they know it's all an act
And they'll die with hearts of stone
Cuz mice are afraid to be alone

I just read this book
By this fellow named God
It's all about the collective
About how mankind is flawed
I'm not sure if I agree with him
But at least I understand
That's more than you've ever tried to do

Three blind mice
With no integrity
They sold their souls to the farmer's wife
For their tragic dignity
And they know it's all an act
And they know they don't belong
But they refuse to admit they might be wrong

I just read your mind
And I'll never do that again
I don't know how you can manage
So much blind contempt for men
And I know I'll never trust you
But at least I understand
That's something that you might try to do
Before you die
Yeah, that's
Something you might try to do

Three blind mice
With no integrity
Did you really think self-pity
Was the key to dignity
Selling love and buying brains
Won't support you for very long
And you can't be right
Until you know you're wrong
